Carlson Building Services, Inc. came in the lowest at <br />the amount of $1,38).82 per month fox two years. Carlson Building Services is currently employed by the <br />City of St. Michael, City of Delano, and the City Of Ramsey. All of which have given good references. <br />The facilities effected axe Lions Paxk Centex, the Activity Centex, the Program Facility, and the Trout <br />Brook Barn. Staff feels that the use of contract cleaners at these locations would be in the city's best <br />interest <br />Financial Impact <br />This will be funded from budgeted funds fox Tim Gasper in 2008 and wlll result in an actual budget <br />savings of several thousand dollars. In addition, Carlson will supply their own vacuums.
