Staff is <br />requesting authorization to hire Mr. Steve Benoit as recreation manager with a start date of March 24, <br />2008. Mr. Benoit is an Otsego resident and is currently the recreation manager in Shoreview, Minnesota. <br />Mr. Benoit has 13 years experience in municipal parks and recreation. He has a Bachelors Degree in <br />recreation and is currently enrolled in a graduate program in public administration. Prior to working in <br />municipal parks and recreation Mr. Benoit was the program director for the Ridgedale YMCA.
