All comments of the Building Officials memo dated June 5, 2007 shall be addressed. <br />2. The development shall meet all applicable fire codes. <br />Bac kgrou nd /Discussion <br />The applicant wishes conditional use permit approval to construct a 22 x 37 x 20 pole building being <br />attached to the existing plant building.
