The Council received testimony from adjacent property owners <br />with concern for right of way encroachment, parking, access, and other issues. The City Council asked <br />that a survey be provided, to better understand property line locations. <br />Since that meeting, Paul Motin, as Council liaison to the Planning Commission, met with Planning <br />Commissioner Anderson who was the P1atulirlg Commission representative at the Council meeting when <br />this was discussed.
