The intent <br />of these areas was to reserve land for future commercial development, avoiding land use improvements <br />inconsistent with a final vision of the area while still allowing appropriate use of the land that does not <br />require major investment in infrastructure or buildings. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br />Attachments <br />Area to be rezoned <br />Ordinance in effect <br />Analysis <br />The City Council recently adopted a new zoning district developed to further the goals of the <br />Commercial Reserve land use designation.
