The water <br />only lasts a day or two after a rainfall and this spring the melt off was gone right away. <br />We really appreciate your tenacity in dealing with Jerry Smith in getting the job done. That alone <br />is a difficult task, one that I would not want on my shoulders. I'm sure you get plenty of letters <br />from angry homeowners (me included) so I wanted to make sure that you were aware of how nice <br />this has turned out.
