There are two parcels which will become Hillside Estates 4th <br />Addition. <br />The two original parcel identification numbers are 75-127-1000 and 75-126- <br />• 2200. There are currently assessments on these two parcels for <br />improvements completed in 1994 for sanitary sewer and watermain trunk <br />and lateral improvements. The assessments will be reapportioned as follows: <br />Parcel Number Original Reapportioned <br />Original Parcels <br />75-127-1000 $265,335.00 $254,111.33 <br />75-126-2200 X313.910.40 $226,307.33 <br />New Parcels <br />75-127-1401 $ 50,363.74 <br />75-126-2202 ~ 48.463.00 <br />TOTAL $579,245.40 $579,245.40 <br />Once the two parcels purchased for Hillside 4th are platted into the sixteen <br />lots included in the plat, a final reapportionment will be done to reallocate <br />the assessments to the new lots. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />The council is asked to approve the reapportionment of special assessments <br />for the 1994 Northeast Area Improvements as outlined above. <br />C: <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
