According to the January 28, 1991 City Council minutes, <br />greenhouse requests require an annual review by the City Council <br />(greenhouse requests do not go before the Planning Commission). Attached <br />is a site plan showing the parking lot and location of the proposed <br />greenhouse. The applicant has in the past few years operated the temporary <br />greenhouse from the County Market parking lot. However, this year he is <br />proposing to shift the site to the new Fresh Value Grocer location and <br />abandon the County Market location. The site plan. consists of an 80' x 20' <br />greenhouse as well as a 20' x 60' area to sell nursery stock, for a total of 20' x <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
