Shirley Madland has received permission from the property owner <br />to sell flowers on Hunt's Feed and Garden Center property located at 906 <br />Highway 10, Elk River, Minnesota. She is requesting to sell flowers during <br />the months of April and May for the Easter and Mother's Day holidays. <br />• Shirley Madland has received a transient merchant license to sell flowers at <br />this location for the past several years. She has submitted the license <br />application and paid the license fee.
