Mr. Peterson is proposing to create a 2.67 acre <br />parcel (Parcel A)I, and a 16.29 acre parcel (Parcel B). Each proposed lot is <br />currently vacant'~,at this time and each lot will meet or exceed the minimum <br />requirements in terms of lot size and width in the R1a zoning district.
