In <br />addition, as reviewed by the City Engineer adequate right-of--way for the <br />future extension of Joplin Street and the start of a frontage road (Business <br />Center Drive) both east and west of Joplin have been provided for. <br />Outlot B will be replatted in the future for development consideration. The <br />replatting of Outlot B will be based upon market demands and the type of <br />businesses locating to the Business Park.. Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, are the two <br />(2) lots programmed for commercial development. Therefore, the City <br />Council has approved the preliminary plat with the condition that these two <br />• (2) lots are required to pay park dedication in the amount of $1,500 per acre. <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
