RESOLUTION 07-101 <br />• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO CONDUCT ANNUAL OFF- <br />SITE GAMBLING FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Youth Hockey has made application to the State Gambling Control <br />Board for an application to conduct annual off-site gambling; and, <br />WHEREAS, approval of the application would allow Elk River Youth Hockey to conduct one <br />raffle during the year; and, <br />WHEREAS, the raffle event would be conducted at the Elk River American Legion which is <br />off-site from the licensed Premise Permit site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota that an application to Conduct Annual Off-Site Gambling is granted to Elk River Youth <br />Hockey to allow a raffle drawing to be held on January 16, 2008, at the Elk River American Legion. <br />Passed and adopted this 10`h day of December 2007. <br />t ~ ~ , <br />~~ <br />Stepha ~e Klinzing, Ma <br />ATTEST: <br />-~~G <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br /> <br />
