RESOLUTION 07-86 <br />~~ <br />~_J <br />U <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION LIFTING THE MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF, BUILDING <br />PERMITS FOR "ADVERTISING SIGNS" AND / OR SIGNAGE THAT UTILIZES <br />"ELECTRONIC CHANGEABLE COPY" <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Elk River adopted Resolution No. 07-30 establishing a <br />moratorium; pursuant to Minnesota Statuf~s, Section 4F~2.355' $ubd~ 4,'on`the issuance of <br />building permits for "adverrising signs" and/or signage that utilizes "electronic changeable <br />copy"; and <br />WHEREAS, The City has completed its review of the official controls pertaining to Advertising Signs; <br />-and, <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that no further review is necessary at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota that <br />the Moratorium established by resolution 07-30 is hereby lifted. <br />Passed and adopted this 5~ day of November, 2007. <br />~_., <br />ATTEST: , ` <br />~_._. t; <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />~ G <br />Stephani A.
