ORDINANCE 07- 14- <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br />SECTION 2-215, TITLED "MEETINGS AND RULES OF PROCEDURE" <br />UNDER DIVISION 2, TITLED "HERITAGE PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION" OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />S~s~rgl3s to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Section 1. Section 2-215 titled, Meetings and Rules of Procedure, of the City of <br />Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br />The heritage preservation commission shall meet hold one regular meeting each <br />month. Except as provided in <br />this division, all commission meetings shall be governed and operated pursuant to Robert's <br />Rules of Order, Newly Revised (ninth edition) and open to the public. <br />Section 2.
