Ms. Belanger is proposing to create a 10.35 acre parcel <br />(Parcel B), and a 52.98 acre parcel (Parcel A). There is an existing single <br />family home and garage located on Parcel B. Each proposed lot will meet or <br />exceed the minimum requirements in terms of lot size and width in the Al <br />e zoning district.
