In 1993, the City Council received a report (and a <br />presentation from a representative of the Citizens League) on the transportation network <br />study. Also, a number of years ago, the Citizens League sponsored a panel discussion on <br />the City topic of having the City Council go to a seven member body, with or without <br />wards. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />The most recent topic that has been tackled by the Elk River Area Citizens League is the <br />effect of year round school on the family. Attached for your review is an October 10, <br />1994, report on this topic.
