<br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 07- II <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING <br />SECTION 30-1294 "BP BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT" AND SECTION 30-1312 <br />"ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SETBACKS" OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Stril<etM-5~ftS to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 30-1294 titled, BP Business Park District, of the City of Elk River <br />Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(d) Conditional UJeJ. Conditional uses in the BP district are as follows: <br />(1) Cel,aibeR.! tlses are as fGlle~.. <br />1. Aecessoty Structure provided the materials are the same as those of the <br />existing principal structure. <br />2.... Warehouse space exceeding 50 percent of the total building floor area up to a <br />maximum of 65 percent. <br />,1, IT. Vocational, technical and trade schools. <br />!. '" Loading areas/ overhead doors when located in front yards. <br />5. <h Aboveground storage tanks. <br />6. '" Government buildings and facilities. <br />7. f. Motor vehicle repair shops, provided that they meet the following conditions: <br />a. l-. All repair services shall be conducted inside the building. <br />b.;!, Merchandise shall be stored inside the building. <br />!;,. 3, All damaged vehicles stored on the premises shall be stored within an <br />area which is screened by a six-foot high 100 percent opaque fence <br />constructed of factory finished metal or vinyl material. <br />d. 4, The building shall comply with the material requirements of this <br />section, and 30 percent of any building face and all overhead doors facing <br />any public street shall be constructed of glass material. <br />e.5, No sales or display of merchandise outside the building. <br />f, e, The building shall be a minimum of 15,000 square feet. <br />8'l>- Governmental offices. <br />2. IT. Physical Recreation or Training, if 5,000 sq feet or greater, provided the <br />underlying land use as provided in the Comprehensive Plan is Mixed Use or <br />Highway Business. <br /> <br />Section 2.
