The <br />minimum qualifications for this position are successful completion of a civil technician program with no <br />work experience needed. Mr. Brezina is a recent graduate of St. Cloud Technical College with a diploma <br />in land surveying and civil engineering. Mr. Brezina has a few months of practical experience due to an <br />internship program during schooling. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Mr. Brezina would start at pay grade 4, step A ($15.43/hr.).
