No electrical services shall be across any drive or walking surface. <br />2. If ttaffic becomes a problem around the temporary site, the sales area shall be delineated <br />with a barrier to resttict ttaffic. <br />3. The sales area shall be maintained free of debris and kept in an orderly condition. <br /> <br />Backeround Discussion <br /> <br />Curtis King requests a General Planning Permit for a garden center in the parking lot of 18296 Zane St <br />(South east comer of Main and Hwy 169) <br /> <br />The applicant has been already been operating this request at the subject property this year, as he has was <br />issued a Transient Merchants License for the site. However, he was unaware he also needed a General <br />Planning Permit. Once this information was communicated to him, he prompdy applied for the General <br />Planning Permit. <br /> <br />From present time through October 31, 2007, he will he selling plants and ttees on Saturday and Sundays <br />from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. <br /> <br />This permit, if approved, will be good for the year of 2007 and if he wants to continue the operation next <br />year, he will need to apply for another General Planning Permit. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />.
