<br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />EI ~ <br />River- , <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor & City Council <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Lori Johnson, City Administrator <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />June 1, 2007 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Council Retreat <br /> <br />The last time we discussed a Council retreat at a Council meeting, the Council requested <br />more information on possible locations and the estimated cost for holding a meeting at a <br />local off-site facility. <br /> <br />The cost to rent a meeting room at the Holiday Inn in Otsego is around $100 including <br />refreshments. The Ramsey City Hall conference room is available for $107. <br /> <br />The cost for a facilitator varies depending upon the preparation work required, meeting <br />length, and qualifications of the facilitator. An average cost estimate is around $150 per <br />hour. <br /> <br />If the Council is interested in pursuing a retreat at this time, please add this item to the <br />agenda or let me know and I will add it to a future agenda. <br />
