<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 07-20 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A <br />DATA PRACTICES COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 13 requires the city appoint a <br />city employee to act as its data practices compliance official to receive <br />questions or concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to data or <br />other data practices problems witbin the city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council shares the concern expressed by the Legislature about <br />access to city data and wisbes to satisfy this concern by immediately <br />appointing a qualified data practices compliance official as required under <br />statute; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council appoints City Clerk <br />Tina Allard as the data practices compliance official to receive questions <br />and concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other <br />data practices problems. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 20th day of February, 2007. <br /> <br />i~in~ <br /> <br />~a4? <br /> <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br /> <br />07-20 <br />
