RESOLUTION 98 - .3_2.9 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />EMERGENCY VEHICLE PREEMPTION/ <br /> LED SIGNAL INDICATORS IMPROVEMENT OF 1998 <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />pursuant to Resolution 98 - 114, competitive bids were solicited and received for <br />the Emergency Vehicle Preemption/LED Signal Indicators improvement as set <br />forth in the bid tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference; and <br /> <br />the City Council has considered the amount of the bids and the responsibility of <br />the bidders and determined that Killmer Electric Company is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of <br />the City, such contract with Killmer Electric Company as is approved by the City Attorney <br />for the completion of the Emergency Vehicle Preemption/LED Signal Indicators <br />improvement according to the approved plans and specifications designated in <br />Resolution 98- 114. <br /> <br />The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract above specified. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of November 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sandra A.
