West, Fire Chief <br />Reviewed by <br />Lori Johnson, City Administrator <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />In January, staff received authorization to advertise for the part-time Building Maintenance/Fire <br />Department Office Assistant. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Staff advertised the Building Maintenance/Fire Department Office Assistant position and numerous <br />applications were received. After interviewing the top four candidates, staff is recommending that Nanci <br />Libor be hired for the Building Maintenance/Fire Department Office Assistant position. Ms. Libor has <br />worked with city government for more than eight years for Timesaver Offsite Secretarial Services. She <br />has a very strong knowledge of city government and its operations with extensive Microsoft Office <br />expenence. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />Ms. Libor would start at pay grade 3, step B ($15.59).
