<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 8,2007 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing, Councilmembers Farber, Gumphrey, Morin, and Zerwas <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lori Johnson, Police Chief Jeffrey Beahen, Finance <br />Director Tim Simon, and Recording Secretary Jessica Miller <br /> <br />Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the executive session of the Elk River City Council <br />was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by Mayor Klinzing. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing indicated that the purpose of the Executive Session is to consider the Elk <br />River Police Officers (LEL Local #231) contract proposal for 2007 - 2008. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the contract proposals. <br /> <br />Ad;ournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, Mayor KJinzing adjourned the executive session of the Elk <br />River City Council at 6:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes 7ared by).~e.. .er er. / <br /> <br />-----//It [~~ <br /> <br />Tina Allard <br />City Clerk <br />
