RESOLUTION 98 - 11_9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD <br />INCOME LEVEL FOR QUALIFICATION FOR DEFERRAL OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS BASED ON HARDSHIP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 1404, Item 1, of the Code of Ordinances for the City <br />of Elk River, Minnesota, states that the Council shall <br />annually approve, by resolution, a maximum household <br />income level in order to qualify for deferral; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has determined that the maximum <br />household income allowable in order to quMify for deferral of <br />special assessments based on hardship, assuming that the <br />other qualifications are also met, is as follows for 1998: <br /> <br />No. in Household Ma~mumAnnual Income <br />1 $14,600 <br />2 $19,100 <br />3 $23,600 <br />4 $28,100 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota, that in order to qualify for deferral of assessments <br />based on hardship in 1998, the above household income requirements must <br />be met. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, <br />this 26th day of October, 1998. <br /> <br />/Iie~ A.
