OA 06-07 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Natural Resource <br />Inventory (NRI) and connections with adjacent areas. <br /> <br />Example: 60 acres can be subdivided into 6 lots (1 lot per 10 acres): lot sizes with a minimum <br />of 2.5 acres. With this example 5 lots can be 2.5 acres lots and one lot can be 47.5 acres <br />(total 60 acres): not exceeding the one lot per 10 acre requirement and no lots less than 2.5 <br />acres. <br /> <br />. <br />
