P 93-11 <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />Consider approving Resolution No. 94-_, Resolution granting Final Plat Approval <br />for Freeport Financial Center. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br /> <br />Southeast corner of Freeport Avenue and Main Street (317 Main Street) <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />e Final Plat, Resolution No. 94-_ <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />Dennis Chuba is nearing completion on the construction of approximately 9,000 <br />square feet office building at the corner of Freeport Avenue and Main Street. The <br />office building has been partitioned off into five (5) individual tenant spaces that <br />will either be sold or leased to respective owners. The lot lines within the plat <br />coincide with the office building's walls that divide each of the tenant spaces. <br />Therefore, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 represent tenant spaces within the building while <br />Lots 5 (Courtyard) and 7 (parking area) will be made part of the Freeport Financial <br />Center Association. The final plat as presented is consistent with the preliminary <br />plat that was approved by the City Council on November 15, 1993. In addition, the <br />attached Resolution sets forth two (2) conditions, one of which has to do with park <br />dedication and the other relating to review and recording of the association <br />documents prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended approve Resolution No. 94-_ granting final plat approval for <br />Freeport Financial Center. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. freeJlort.council <br />P.O.
