ACH, CITY PLANNER <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />APRIL 21, 1994 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL <br />PLAT FOR ELK PARK CENTER 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />ISSUE <br /> <br />To consider approval of Resolution 94-_ granting final plat approval for Elk <br />Park Center 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />OVERVIEW <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The final plat has been prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />outlined for preliminary plat approval. The plat basically covers Mr. <br />Dickenson's property and the four single family lots along Jackson Road that <br />will be converted to a storm drainage pond for the Elk Park Center Planned <br />Unit Development. <br /> <br />The Developer's Agreement for Elk Park Center has been structured to <br />include the outlot within the project. Therefore, the status and long term <br />conditions of the outlot and ponding area have been encompassed as part of <br />Elk Park Center PUD. <br /> <br />The attached Resolution outlines the conditions for approval of the requested <br />plat. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed final plat for Elk Park Center 2nd <br />Addition as outlined in the attached Resolution 94-_. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />Final Plat <br />e Resolution 94-_ <br /> <br />P.O.
