<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 06-95 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES <br />FOR THE ELECTIONS OF 2006 <br /> <br />WHEREAS; <br /> <br />pursuant to. Minnesata Statutes 204B.21 (2), the City Cauncil shall <br />afficially approve the appaintment af electian judges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; <br /> <br />the City af Elk River City Cauncil hereby adapts the judges listed an <br />Exhibit A, hereto. attached, as the afficial judges far the September <br />12 State Primary, and the Navember 7, 2006 General Electian, with <br />the understanding that changes may be necessary to. the <br />appaintments in arder to. fill vacancies and meet party splits. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cauncil af the City af Elk River, <br />Minnesata, that the names listed an Exhibit A, hereto. attached, are the Official Electian <br />Judges far the.City afElk River, State Primary an September 12 and the General Electian <br />an Navember 7, 2006, and the City Cauncil further autharizes the City Clerk to. appaint <br />additianal judges if and where needed. <br /> <br />.
