As we have already found out, these aerials are going to be a <br />useful resource for everybody's planning and informational needs. The one <br />problem we have at this point is lack of a file cabinet to properly store the <br />aerials so they are not damaged and mishandled. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Contact has been made with a few office supply companies to receive quotes <br />on the type of file cabinet that will best accommodate our needs for storing <br />the aerials as well as recorded plat drawings and other various engineered <br />drawings. The lowest quote received to purchase a file cabinet was <br />$1,479.80. I would like to request use of the money we saved on purchasing <br />the aerials by including Terry Maurer's request for a set of aerials, to <br />purchase the file cabinet. The following is a breakdown of the expenditures <br />for purchasing the aerials, money saved from the original quote, and the <br />price of the requested file cabinet. <br /> <br />AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH COST <br /> <br />. Original quote of $55.00 per sheet times 92 sheets <br /> <br />$ 5,060.00 <br /> <br />. Actual cost as a result of including Terry Maurer's <br />request to purchase a set of aerials at $36.00 per <br />sheet times 92 sheets <br /> <br />$ 3,312.00 <br /> <br />.
