While no specific responsibilities are listed, we believe that <br />the Planning Commission can add value to the process in the following ways: <br /> <br />. We can review the plan and ensure that it remains consistent with the Growth Management Plan. <br /> <br />. Partieu1ally in this year when we are revising our Growth Management Plan. we should make <br />sure that the goals stated in the Growth Management Plan are consistent with the actions that <br />will be taken by the Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> <br />. We can provide feedback on the Plan from the perspective of citizens taking a land use view <br />rather than from a staff view. While these views may not differ. at least another constituency will <br />be polled. <br /> <br />We request that we be abl~ to review and comment on a draft of the Capital Improvement Plan. Our <br />comments may be helpful in the finalization of the plan. At the very least, we will be able to incorporate <br />the Capital Improvement Plan into our revision of the Growth Management Plan. <br />
