If you do not have these <br />applications, please contact me and I will make them available <br />for you. <br /> <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There is one vacancy on the Utilities Commission. The Utilities <br />Commission appointment is for a three year term. George Zabee <br />has served two terms on the Utilities Commission beginning on <br />January 1, 1988. His current term expired on 12/31/93. Mr. <br />Zabee has submitted an application stating his desire for <br />reappointment to the Commission. <br /> <br />The City received no other applicants for the position. <br /> <br />HEALTH CARE COMMISSION <br /> <br />Two members' terms have expired on the Health Care Commission; <br />Robert Dreissig and Steve Dittbenner. Appointments to the <br />Health Care Commission are for three year terms. The Health <br />Care Commission was formed on July 1, 1991. <br /> <br />Robert Dreissig was appointed to the Commission on July 22, <br />1991. His term on the Commission expired on December 31, <br />1993. Mr. Dreissig is the Ambulance Staff Member <br />representative on the Commission. Robert has submitted an <br />application requesting reappointment. No other applications <br />were received for this position on the Health Care Commission. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />P.O.
