Flags with lighter color backgrounds will produce best <br />and will cost less money. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Flags containing a large number of different colors will <br />cost the most. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />I will contact the winner and have them appear before the <br />Council at a future meeting to receive the $100 gift <br />certificate and a flag. It takes four to six weeks to receive <br />the finished product. Flags will run about $75 - 100 each. <br /> <br />The Council should be considering how and where these flags <br />will be used. If the Council has some definite ideas, please <br />feel free to either discuss them at the Council meeting or with <br />me at a future date. <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />I would suggest that <br />their top three choices <br />gets the most votes <br />then the Council should <br /> <br />the Council vote on the flags by listing <br />on the attached ballot.
