EDA Appointment <br /> <br />t <br />I <br /> <br />There is one vacancy on the EDA. The appointment <br />will be for a six-year term ending on 12-31-99. <br />State Law, the EDA appointment must be made by the <br />the consent of the Council. HRA Appointment <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There is one vacancy on the HRA. The appointment to the HRA is <br />a five-year term ending on 12-31-98. According to State Law, <br />the HRA appointment must be made by the Mayor with the consent <br />of the Council. Therefore, the motion for appointment to the <br />HRA should be made by the Mayor. <br /> <br />8.6.C.
