As indicated in IvIt. NIaurer's memorandum, l1e also had previous discussions ,vith Atlantis Pools <br />and indicated in general, before the City would vacate an existing easement, the applicant would need to <br />provide an engineering study either documenting that the easement is not needed or tllat there is anotller <br />method of providing the service of the ~lacated easement. <br /> <br />Planning staff Ilad sent a letter dated July 6, 2006 indicating a similar request that documentation showing <br />that such an easement \Tacation \vill not ad\.Tersely affect properties within the development. A survey was <br />pro\rided \Vitll a note stating dlat "No significant drainage from adjacent property goes through tlle <br />portion of easement to be vacated."
