They wish to have their members and guest be allowed to have alcohol outside of
their establishment in the parking lot. State law allows for these types of events as long as the area is
compact and contiguous to the licensed establishment. The area must be fenced, used for expanded
seating, have secure and controlled access, and be covered by liquor liability insurance. The Eagles Club
stated they will meet these requirements during the event. A certificate of insurance has been submitted
extending liquor liability to the parking lot for this event.

FinanciallmDact
N/A

Attachments
None

Action Reauested
Council approval of the request for a temporary on sale liquor premises extension.

Council Action

Motion by _

Second by _

Vote

Follow Up

S:\Council\Joan\Liquor\2006\Premise Ext Eagles.doc
