Call Meetinq To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereot the annual meeting of the Elk River <br />Economic Development Authority was called to order at 6 p.m. by President <br />Dwyer. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider Aqenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KLINZING MOVED TO APPROVE THE 1110/00 AGENDA. <br />COMMISSIONER BENDER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider Consent Agenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />3.1. 12/13/99 REGULAR EDA MEETING MINUTES - APPROVED <br />3.2. CHECK REGISTER - APPROVED <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />4A. Sportech Presentation <br /> <br />President Dwyer presented Chris Carlson, owner of Sportech, a framed copy of an <br />advertisement. The advertisement related to Sportech locating its expansion <br />project in the city of Elk River. <br /> <br />. <br />
