Call Meeting to Order Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Development Authority was called to order Gongol!. meeting of the Economic at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman 2. Consider 4/13/92 EDA Agenda Item 10.1 - Downtown Development Corporation was added to the agenda. COMMISSIONER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE 4/13/92 EDA AMENDED. COMMISSIONER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. CARRIED 6-0. AGENDA AS THE MOTION 3. Consider 3/9/92 EDA Minutes The following corrections were made to the arrival time of Commissioner Holmgren 7:20 p.m. on pages 1 and 2. 3/9/92 EDA Minutes. The was changed from 8:20 p.m. to COMMISSIONER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE 3/9/92 EDA MINUTES AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. 4 . Open Mike No one appeared for this time. 5. Financial Update Bill Rubin reported that the revolving loan fund had a cash balance of $176,874.82. Mr. Rubin further stated that the Finance Director is requesting payment in the amount of $9,320.15 for a statement of expenses which is for the period ending March 31, 1992. COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE MOVED AMOUNT $9,320.15. COMMISSIONER MOTION CARRIED 6-0. TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF EXPENSES IN THE HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE 6.
