Call Meetin~ to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Economic <br />Development Authority was called to order at 8:30 p.m. by Commissioner <br />Schuldt. Commissioner Holmgren indicated that he did not wish to Chair <br />the Economic Development Authority meeting, therefore, he was handing <br />the Chair over to Commissioner Schuldt. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 6/11/90 A~enda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/11/90 EDA AGENDA. <br />COMMISSIONER GONGOLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />3. Consider 6/4/90 Economic Development Authority Minutes <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/4/90 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY MINUTES. COMMISSIONER GONGOLL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED 2-0-2. Commissioners Kropuenske and Schuldt abstained <br />as they were absent at that meeting. <br /> <br />4. Elmer Anderson/Downtown Redevelopment Update <br /> <br />Richard Fursman indicated that he had contacted Jim Trucker, the design <br />assistant for the downtown redevelopment project, and authorized him to <br />go ahead with the study. He indicated that the information from Mr. <br />Trucker may be available for the July EDA meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Fursman stated that he had also received a letter from Mr. Pierce <br />and Mr. Gary Santwire indicating their interest in the property. He <br />stated that he has encouraged them to continue with their plans. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Main Street Dental <br /> <br />Doctors Nyberg and Jarmoluk and Phil Durrahn, Legal Counsel, were <br />present for this item. Mr. Fursman indicated that Doctors Jarmoluk and <br />Nyberg have entered into a Purchase Agreement for the Johnson property <br />site and have asked for City assistance. He stated that after <br />reviewing the estimated cost of the demolition, it was estimated that <br />
