The band <br />will be part of an open house. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />On June 24th Cycle Works of Elk River will be holding an open house. The open house will run from <br />9am to 8pm. As part of the open house the applicant will have a band perform on site from 3pm to 6:30 <br />pm. No electrical services shall be across any drive or walking surface. <br />2.
