Raymond Bernard and 1.1r. & I\lrso Charles Solheim. <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting is to review Mro Solheims request for a set back varianceo <br /> <br />Mro Solheim reviewed for the Commission his proposed layout for the property. <br /> <br />The Commission stated that if the survey complies vlith the plot plan as preserlted they <br />couldn't see any problem. <br /> <br />lvlo"\red by Cliff Lundberg and seconded by George Zabee granting the variance to fIr. Charles <br />Solheim for lots 15 & 16 of Block 1 North Park Addition prov~ding that all the data presented <br />is correct and a mayium of 10 ft 0 set back requirement for the front yard. 1'.1otion <br />unaY1imously carried by a vote of 5-00 <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM& <br />
