Zabee and John Mac <br />Gibbon. <br /> <br />John Oliver met vdth the Commission and presented a proposed plot plan of Meadow <br />Park Addition. <br /> <br />Moved by Secretary Dan Bailey and seconded by Rex Oetinger the preliminary plot plan <br />of !v1eadow Park Addition ~dth the park as shown as outlots and the t\-10 lots fronting <br />on Main St. Motion unaminously carried by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />The minutes of the May 28,1975 meeting '-lere approved as printed. <br /> <br />The commission reviewed the set of plans for the proposed new Bank of Elk River <br />building. It was noted that the setbacks do not meet the building code and the <br />fence is too high in various places. <br /> <br />A public hearing will be held July 28,1975 on the variance for these setbacks at <br />8:00 pm. <br /> <br />Al Bailey gave a brief report on the H1,\7j7"o Deptso progress. Still no funds available <br />but was suggested that the Commission met v\rith the Hwy. Dept. and go over the various <br />needs for our community. The recording clerk was instructed to phone and try to set- <br />up a meeting date. <br /> <br />Cliff Lundberg gave the progress on the Consolidation meeting to date. He stated that <br />no grotmd has been gained. It appears that there are a few word definitions that <br />are in question to their meanings. Next meeting is scheduled for August 11,19750 <br /> <br />It was suggested that someone be hired to help the Commission on these Consolidation <br />meetings hot-a-ever it was felt that it 'ti"ould be best to \vait until after the August <br />meeting to see \ihat progress is attained. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjorned at 9:45 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />Dan Bailey <br />Secretary <br /> <br />Attested: <br />Charles Jo Savela <br />recorder <br />
