Mr. Kieball, Secretary of Minicipal Commission is in <br />favor of consolidation. <br /> <br />(Flood plane can be filled <br />Flood way can not.....) <br />URBAN TOWNSHIP: If they have a certain population they can XXXi <br />file with the County AUditor and then EX they have village powers. <br /> <br />Hearing on Variance for Mrs. Byers to build garage, on a 60 foot lot. <br />Neighbor has given acquexxence.
