<br />May 29th, 1974. <br /> <br />City Planning COmmission Meeting. <br /> <br />Daniel Anderson presentd development plan for the House on the <br /> <br />Southeast corner of Main and Lowell. The Question for a variance for the <br /> <br />constuction of two su-satandard (Per Zoning Ordinance) appartments on the <br /> <br />second floor of this house. <br /> <br />It was Moved, Seconded and Carried, that a building permit be issued <br />proceeding as the building is planned. Grants all variances needed for <br />this project, subject to approval of the zoning administrator as to codes, <br />and with provision that garage be moved to accomodate traffic flow. Parking <br />to be roughed in by fall and plmpleted by next spring. <br /> <br />The question of roads in the bog as considered and it was decided <br />to proceed with canging the zoning so prevent construction in that area <br />where main xXx roads would be placed. Map was to be drawn showing one road <br />east and west and one north and south with alternate overhead crossing <br />and ground level crossing. <br /> <br />Motion made, seconded and carried that Dick Fredland re=study <br />the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations and reccomend necessary revisions. <br />
