Mr. Lund informed the Commissioners that the people <br />in Knollwood were. not interested in giving a right away in order to <br />hook-up with the Hyland Hills Development. After a lengthy discussion <br />concerning P~l~~d Hills, Chairman Fox asked if anyone in the room (public) <br />would like to speak on the development. Need State Highway Department to approve in ~Titing for access <br />into and out of development. <br /> <br />2. Money to be put in escrow by developer for future development of <br />roads into Knollwood. <br /> <br />3. street n~~es should be changed to be consistent. 197th Avenue <br />and 201st Avenue should be changed to Carson Street Carlson <br />Lane should oe changed to Dodge street. <br /> <br />4. Keep all street grades at 5% or less. street grades at Highway <br />169 South enterance should be flattened to give greater sight <br />distance and stopping distance through vertical curve at station <br />4+00 . <br /> <br />5. Need a percolation test. <br /> <br />6. Need to send' to Herb the stud~r d-one on drainage. Also fall <br />drainage easements should be shown. <br /> <br />7~ All culverts must be ShOvill on final plan. <br /> <br />MOTION PASSED. Mr. Lund was informed that he will have to bring back the final <br />plans for approval. <br />
