No one in the audience against variance. <br /> <br />c. Elk River Machine Co. plan at City Hall. Lar~7 Toth drew <br />a sketch for Chairman Fox. <br /> <br />d. Elk River Machine Co. owns property between the railroad and <br />pro~'erty line. <br /> <br /> <br />e. Closest point of building is over 100 feet to railroad (per Toth). <br /> <br />f. Webb was told that he was in error. <br /> <br />do Floyd Kober, Lot 11 (east siee), 18575 Simonet Drive, objected <br />to variance. Reasons: Too close and fire harard--experiments <br />in garage. <br /> <br /> <br />e. Joe Rosenthal, 18586 Simonet Drive objected. He indicated that <br />Webb knew of 10 foot requirement before he started building. <br />
