T,h.is resul ted in bigger lots. rrhe average <br />lot size is now 3.3 acres. It was 2.8 acres. There is now 59 lots, <br />which is do~~ from 71 lots. The Soil Conservation Districts soil <br />report together 't-li th 13 soil logs a.."?1d percolation tests, that vlere made. <br />The study shows that there is good percolation rates and the soil <br />is mostly sand. The drainage easement seemed to be alright. <br />The City will accept the building of Queen street north to County Rd. #32. <br />The 199th Circle should be changed to 198th Lane. The Commission <br />also suggested to m~~e an outlot on Lot 2, Block 2 (in N.E. corner of <br />Queen St. :rj .\~.).
