New State privacy law requires Sheriffs department <br />to keep records out of casual public view. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Frederickson, moved to allow Sherburne County Sheriffs Depto <br />to construct a 12 X 18 accesso~ building on the front of the present <br />jail building for the exclusive purpose of maintaining filing and storing <br />of records, for a period of up to two years. <br /> <br />Seconded by George Zabee. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M. <br /> <br />Chai~man <br />
