<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL <br />PlANNING COIvlMISSION :MEErING <br /> <br />April 10, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />I~rs present: Chainnan Toth, Commissioner Nelson, Fredericksen, Driessen, <br />Holmes, Fox, Zabee and Rootes. <br /> <br />The minutes of the .March 27, 1978 meeting were reviewed as there were no additions <br />or corrections the minutes were approved as printed. <br /> <br />!'-ir. Gary Santwire of GAR-SAN Enterprises i Inc. met with the Commission regarding <br />necessary varances needed to corqply to the C-3 zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Building and Zoning Administrator I Jack Holmes stated that the following varances <br />would be needed, set backs front and side, minimum base lot area requirements and <br />side yard. <br /> <br />.Moved by Commissioner Rootes and seconded by Commissioner Fox recomnending to <br />the Ci ty Conncil that they grant the following varances to GAR-SAN Enterprises; <br />Inc. (Gary Santwire) on lot 6, Block 19, Village of Elk River, minimum base area <br />requirement" set backs front 3 0 ' back as required in a C-1 zoning, side yards <br />allow 13' varances 5 I minilIl1Jffi, East, West and South sides to have green areas <br />and a revised si te plan to be sul:mi tted to the Building Inspector l::>efore <br />building permit can be issued. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />No further business the -meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M. <br /> <br />
