After discussion upon <br />motion of Zabee, seconded by Rootes and carried, it was recommended to the City <br />Council for approval of Zone Change from R-4 to C-3. <br /> <br />George Adamski appeared before the Comwission to request variance on lot size <br />125 ft. X 79 ft. for addition to his business on Lot 4 and s. 65 ft. of Lot 5, <br />Subd. Lot 6, Aud. Subd #3. Upon motion of Rootes, duly seconded by Fredericksen <br />and carried a variance from 30 acres to encompass Lot 4 plus S. 65 ft. of Lot 5, <br />Subd. Lot 6 Aud. Subd. #3 was recommended to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />There were re1QeWS on four preliminary plats: <br /> <br />Island View 3rd. Add.- presented by Ben Roper. After discussion upon motion of <br />Fredericksen, seconded by Fox and carried, said plat was recommended to City <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />Pinewood Plat- Tom Noon, developer, presented by Rick Foster. A letter from Roger <br />Macmeier, of University of Minnesota, was read regarding any drainage problems <br />which could result from on lot sewer and water. Upon motion of Zabee, seconded <br />by Nelson and carried, preliminary plat and variances for lot size and on sight <br />sewer and water pertaining to planned residential-golf course unit development <br />were recommended to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />Greenhead t1..cres 1st Add .- presented by Lloyd Anderson. P.fter discussion upon <br />motion of Rootes seconded by Zabee and carried, said plat was recommended for <br />approva.l by City Council subject to public hearing as required. <br /> <br />AR-MON Commercial Park- presented by John Newell and Rick Foster~ Mr. Newell <br />was directed to return for public hearings on zone change from B-2 to 1-1 and <br />preliminary plat July 10, 1978 Special meeting. <br /> <br />Bill Weatherly and Bob Murray were present to inquire into proper platting <br />procedure in the new city. <br /> <br />There itIaS discussion on Conditiona.l Use Permits for f,;lobile Homes and Gravel <br />Permits. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M. <br /> <br />./l <br />t ..
